The EU Women on Boards Directive policy, mandates the target that by June 30, 2026 large, listed EU companies must have at least 40% of the underrepresented sex among their non-executive directors or 33% among all directors, we feel we can do better. Our aim is for women to be 60% of our entire management team by 2030.
